The Grenouille decaleur are the same design as the VO decaleurs, but are made in Japan of chrome plated steel. They are actually a bit lighter than the VO version and the quality is super. They come as a set, bag mount with hardware plus fork (or stem) mount. The big difference is that the are made from metric tubing so they are not interchangeable with the VO decaleurs.
