This is the hand polished and super shiny version. The Touring Canti has all the same adjustment capability and pivot system as the Neo-Retro, but the arms angle up and out of the way of most everything. The brake is about 10% less powerful as the Neo-Retro, but that turns out to be a good thing. On many bikes the power of the Neo-Retro overpowers the seat stays, bending and twisting them instead of squeezing the rim. For a really nice set-up, try a PAUL canti-combo: a Touring Canti in the rear, and a Neo-Retro up front. Straddle wire and hanger are included. Pivots are pre-greased too.
