This is a traditional-style Portuer rack as used on the famous Parisian newspaper delivery bikes. The platform is about 36cm x 29cm and it fits 700c, 26", and 650b bikes. It's made in the US from 304 stainless steel with the expected flawless welding and polishing. Please notice that the mounting tangs are un-drilled. The customer will drill them to fit the bike. Thus the rack will sit as low as possible, right on the fender, improving both looks and handling. It attaches to the brake bolt and the front dropout eyelets. The attachment strut is included.
