The Rando Bar is designed to be an ultra comfortable all-day handlebar for randonneuring, touring, tandems, as well as mixed terrain riding. It has substantial flare for a wide stance in the drops. The bend is traditional, round, and open. The area behind the hoods is long and flat with loads of real estate to move your hands around. The drops are long so you can slide you hands well back.
The center section is highly polished with a pair of Grand Cru Crests adorning the sides of the clamp area. The area under the bar tape has a bead blasted finish.
This bar has a drop of 130mm and reach of 120mm. Available in 42, 44, 46, 48, and 50cm sizes measured from center-to-center at the drops; there is 60mm of flare.

This is the first set of rando bars I've tried, and I love the curves. The flare makes riding on the hoods very comfortable, with a more neutral, natural wrist position. My only criticism is that I wish they were available with slightly less reach, like around 100-105mm. Subtract the flare from the stated width to compare the width at the levers with a more straight-up-and-down bar.
Beautiful looking bars and they’re the right width for me to ride comfortably can’t wait to try them bike is still under construction!
If you want a drop bar with all the rando flourishes and also want it to be a bit wider - the 50 could be your bar. With the trend of extra wide drop bars designed around oversized bags, I tried an extra wide bar and ended up with elbow issues. It’s nice to see a take on the theme that knows when to say enough is enough but still provides a width you can use for basketpacking, saddlebag mounting, or whatever else you want to try. Fits absolutely pefectly around the Velo Orange rando front bag.
The shape is incredibly comfortable in the tops. You can keep the hoods parallel with the ground for a more upright fit, or tilt the drops parallel with the ground for a more classique fit. Finish was top notch. No complaints. My favorite drop. Pairs well with a longer stem.
I've got a 46cm VO Rando bar on my commuter/recreational bike, an old Fuji touring. I've used the bar for a couple of years now. The curves feel good, there's a nice flattish ramp, plenty of room in the hooks, and best of all the drops are nice and long. Most comfortable bar for riding in the drops I've ever used.
If you like wide bars, go a bit wider. My 46 cm bars are about 39cm wide at the top, because of the flare. A basket doesn't fit and it sometimes feels a bit too narrow. If I buy another, I'll try the 50cm.
The finish is nice, but don't do what I did. I mounted a little Lezyne flashy light on it. I left it on there all the time and it scratched the nice finish.
Beautiful bars. Haven’t ridden them yet but so looking forward to it!
