Pacenti Pari-Moto 650bx42 mm Tire
Pari-Motos are very high quality supple tires made by Panaracer in Japan in a newly designed mold. The tread is a fine herringbone pattern, our favorite. The tires measures an honest 42mm on VO Diagonale Rims.
These use a 67tpi casing and each tire weighs 312g.

I tried these because they were half the price of the extra-light Rene Herse tires I had on my bike. These are good tires, but noticeably heavier and less supple than the Herse ones. However, I still think they're pretty good for the mixed-surface local rides I do. May switch back to Herse for 2022 spring brevets though.
I'm 250 and I inflate these to 45psi. At that pressure they've been fine on pavement and my Kansas farm roads and the ride is much better than what I'm used to - I'm not beating up my wheels. They also appear to have less rolling resistance than any of the 700c tires I've used to this point. I'm sufficiently impressed that I bought a set of 700c Pasellas for my old Raleigh (set at 85psi) and what little riding I've done on them so far suggests it was a good move. Here's the kicker: I didn't pay any more for either of these than I did for the lesser tires I've been using.
