Velo Orange is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable customer service member to join our team. We’re a growing business, seeking a driven and experienced individual excited to grow with us. Full time, 9-5, M-F position with benefits and occasional trade show/travel opportunities. 

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Helps customers by providing product information and advice.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following through to ensure resolution.
  • Makes recommendations to management by collecting customer feedback and analyzing customer needs.
  • Attends company-wide meetings to discuss product development and strategy.
  • Plays an active role in providing insight and opinions on products including potential prototype testing (i.e. everyone gets the chance to ride our bikes and components and give their feedback).
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related projects as needed.

Position Qualifications / Skills:

  • Previous Bicycle Industry experience and familiarity with VO products and market trends.
  • Experience with Shopify (or other e-commerce platforms) and Google Tools.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on providing a quality customer experience. 
  • Self-motivated, able to bring opinions and ideas to the table.
