Exploring San Juan by Neutrino

I recently had the chance to visit San Juan, Puerto Rico, and of course, I packed my Neutrino Mini Velo for the trip. The Neutrino ended up being the perfect travel companion — small enough to handle easily in transit, but more than capable once the riding started.

San Juan is a city made for exploring by bike. Between the ocean breezes, the colorful architecture, and the laid-back vibe, it felt like every street was an invitation to slow down and soak it all in. Riding through the cobblestone streets of Old San Juan especially was an experience — the wide tires on the Neutrino made a huge difference here, smoothing out the bumps and keeping the ride comfortable and confident.

Everywhere you turn in San Juan, there’s something worth seeing: pastel-painted buildings, ornate balconies overflowing with flowers, glimpses of the ocean between alleyways, and murals tucked into unexpected corners.

Having a nimble bike made it easy to stop often, hop onto side streets, and really explore without feeling locked into a plan.

The weather couldn't have been better — warm and breezy, with that kind of tropical air that somehow makes every ride feel like a vacation. It was one of those days when everything just works — great bike, great weather, great place.
