The Pass Hunter has been a long time staple of our lineup for those looking to get where they're going a bit more quickly than on a full-on touring bike like our Polyvalent. Its speedy-oriented geo, fit, and design lends itself perfectly to long days of gravel riding, sport touring, and maybe even a club ride or three. Well, we're pleased to announce a brand new paint job - Metallic Graphite!
Featuring a heavy sparkle content and metallic VeloORANGE downtube logo, its paint is luxurious, elegant, and dynamic. It goes amazingly with black or silver components and splashes of color will also send your color palette to the stratosphere!
The technical specifications of the frameset remains the same. You can still use a carbon fork if you so wish. I think the Rodeo Labs Spork or Wilde Wayfinder forks are great options to lighten the front end up for the bike.
Here's my super fresh Pass Hunter build! In previous iterations, I've waffled between drops and flats, fenders and no fenders. I'm going to follow my heart on this one: drops and fenders. I've been really digging these IRC Boken Plus 42mm tires. Adrian has had them on her Polyvalent and they seem so fitting on this bike - the perfect balance of function and class.
I'll be doing another blog post with a full build list later this week. Connor is building up his for the race season with full silver GRX and it looks stunning.
As for the remaining stock of Cool Blue and Burgundy Pass Hunters, they'll be discounted 25% until they are gone. Last chance!
