We designed this tape for riders that go over varied surfaces during tours and mixed terrain brevets: fire roads, double track, washboard roads, crushed limestone, and gravel. Compared to the Foamy Tape, this tape features a Diamond texture and increased grip.

It's plush. It's 3.5mm thick. It has a very nice hand feel, wraps easily, and is long - which is nice for today's wide bars.

The edges feature a taper so when you wrap your bars it can line-up mostly flat, or have a bit more overlap for a chunkier grip.

Additionally, the included bar plugs are actually really nice quality. You won't be chucking them into the bin like the cheap-o, push in ones.

Great grip for warm and muggy weather

Much better feel than old school cork ribbon, and seems to hold up well

Best Bar Tape I have used.

I have to say this bar tape is pretty nice, love the texture, love the padding. I think it is even better than Supacaz.

Plush Plus

The tape is of quality. Nice amount of stretch to get a tight wrap. Perfect level of sticky backing to work with without being too sticky.

The pictures are deceiving. I thought it was going to be thinner and grippier. Partly due to the fact that it looks like another tape I once used on a complete bike which was much thinner and grippier. (Ive been searching for that tape ever since).

But this tape is plush. And as long as you read the description (which I failed to) then you will likely be prepared for such plushness.

Im going to give it a run though. Hopefully I take a liking to what seems to be the 'lazy boy chair' of handle bar tapes. Plush is an understatement. Its Plush Plus.

Very good tape

A couple of minor quibbles - the tape would benefit from being just a few inches longer (if for nothing else, being able to cut a piece to cover brake levers), and the machine that slit the backing on the finishing tape also slit the tape.

No frills grip

Great, no frills synthetic wrap that is easy to install and provides extra grip and cushion.
