These two-piece, alloy shims allow a 26.0mm handlebar to fit our Cigne, Removable Faceplate Quill, and many other 31.8mm clamp diameter stems.

Bar size mismatch solved!

Was doing an all-silver setup and wanted to use the 26.0mm bars I had on hand with a 31.8mm stem. Velo Orange shims to the rescue! They do just what they describe, easy install, they just work. Secure clamping, no slippage.

These shims are sleek but without any grip so no matter how much you tighten the stem around the handlebar with shims, the bar will rotate in riding conditions. So it is useless. A disapointment
