Official Rules for Custom Neutrino Rolling Chassis Raffle

  • Eligibility: Open to individuals 18 years or older. Void where prohibited.

  • Entry Period: The raffle runs from September 22, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST through October 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

  • How to Enter:

    • Purchase Method: Each $5 raffle ticket purchased equals one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of tickets you may purchase. Tickets are non-refundable.

    • No Purchase Necessary Method: To enter without purchase, mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

      Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 15, 2025 and received by October 18, 2025 to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

  • Prize: One (1) custom Velo Orange Neutrino Mini Velo rolling chassis, Cerakoted in a multi-cam finish with orange logos. Prize is for the frameset, wheels, and headset only (not a complete bike).

  • Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place the week of October 20, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  • Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

  • Taxes and Shipping: The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs outside the continental United States.

  • General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Velo Orange, which are final and binding. Velo Orange reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if necessary.
