Fits a 2023 All City Space Horse (disc, 58 cm) well, with clearance for PDW 700x45 fenders. I had zero problems installing. It hasn't gotten loose, but I may put some threadlocker on it, as I don't plan to disassemble. I'm very excited to see that Waxwing Bag Company makes a rando-style bag just for this rack.
i bought the rack in store actually at your MD place where i was earlier this summer. Finally installed it. I do wonder however if there was something wrong with the package, since it had 4 of the lower supports of the same length to be fastened to the fork, rather than 2 each of different lengths, which is what the website seemed to list. Also, it would really have been helpful to have had either a downloadable or a packed page with drawings and instructions, a la IKEA, so that users know how to install it. I managed to figure it out after a while, but it was not immediately obvious and less experienced users would surely appreciate directions in how to get it mounted. The picture did help, but still it was a bit fiddly. However, it is a fabulous rack, and I am happy with it. So far very stable. will use an old inner tube as a bungee.
Best, Marion Grau
Nice platform for just about any use. Perfect for my limited edition 18 can Coleman cooler rando bag as well as any size Wald basked your heart desires.
Install Tip: Bend the fork crown "foot" stay down to achieve a sexy french-fender-esque fit.
this is working well for me thus far installed on a Surly Straggler, using the brake mount at the top of the fork and rack mounts at roughly the center of the fork blades. Look out for the angle of attachment using the brake mount at the top of the fork, as it can interfere with the rotation of the headset. the mounting hardware and methodology should work many different configurations. If there was any improvement to be made I would appreciate the option to mount the front supports wider out on the rack, but this is not a critical feature. Thanks VeloORANGE for a great product.
Love it! The Flat Pack Rack is attached to my Neutrino, which adds another cargo option. I’m now awaiting delivery of my Wald 137 basket (OOS on VO), which I ordered from a large online retailer that everybody knows.
It was pretty easy to assemble and attach the rack to my Neutrino. I used a tube cutter instead of a hack saw to trim the stay length then filed slightly with a borrowed dremel tool.
