Carrying enough water on longer rides can be a problem. This is especially true for touring cyclists in the southwest as well as parts of the world where potable water sources are far apart. We designed the Mojave cage to fit 32oz Nalgene bottles, 32 oz insulated Klean Kanteen bottles, and 40oz Klean Kanteen stainless steel bottles.

The mounting tab has 5 holes to allow you to mount it in three positions, higher or lower as best fits your frame. You can also mount it on newer frames with three water bottle screw bosses. Construction is all stainless steel.

One caveat, the Klean Kanteen bottle is pretty tall, about 29cm with the sport top. It may not fit inside the main triangle of smaller frames. The Nalgene is shorter, but doesn't offer a sport top.

Death grip on the bottle!

My first ride was on my mountain bike, wow!
I am glad I was only using it refill my standard water bottle.
At the beginning of the ride the Nalgene bottle was rattling around a bit & making noise.
I stopped and squeezed the bottom of the cage a bit.

After emptying the water bottle I had to use both hands to remove the Nalgene bottle from the Mojave bottle cage.

After another hour of riding offroad, I finished my ride.
There were no rattles whatsoever! I may have squeezed the cage a bit too much? But the Nalgene bottle wasn't going to fall out!

Love this bottle cage. its beautiful, functional, and great quality.

Great but

Beautiful, multi position, well made but I bought it for my Hydro Flask 32 oz and it will scuff the painted finish. A plastic bottle will be fine. A fix would be to wrap some twine or tape on the metal rods to insulate it. All in all a very nice piece
