Beautiful but mechanism not great

These are beautiful works of art and very unique, exactly what I was looking for. However, the wedge mechanism does not work well; I can get one plug snug but the other refuses to snug up. I finally swapped out the mechanism from some old Wolftooth plugs and they now work perfectly. Some rework is needed for the wedge mechanism for sure, especially at this price point.
