This bike is DOPE!

Stoked on this frame! Having a 29er hard tail and a few vintage road bikes in my arsenal, the polyvalent bridges that gap for me. With great mix of paved and dirt/gravel paths in Santa Cruz, I needed something to rip across town and jump to some off road. I got that now, and not sure exactly what to do with the rest of my bikes cause this can do it all for me. Purchased the frame about 9 months ago and acquired parts throughout the year…mostly parts available from VO..the juiciest of bicycle products ;) the biggest decisions were the brakes and levers. Went with the growtac equal for both since I love friction shifting and there was no question in compatibility..plus amazing reviews that didn’t let me down. Anyway, I put it all together and couldn’t be happier on the look and performance of the bike. Steel frame but not Next mission is to outfit this thing with racks, bags, and all that good stuff. With all the braze ons added to the frame the options are endless.

Ed at Catonsville Bicycles did the build for me and it’s the best looking bike I have ever seen. Can’t wait to beat this beat and start riding. Test ride was so smooth and comfortable

The listing photos don't do this frame justice. I was on the fence about the blue color but seeing it in real daylight put any concerns to rest - the paint job is stunning.

The build quality is also impeccable, truly punching above its weight class for a frame at this price point. Everything is beautifully aligned, there are absolutely zero burrs or rough machining anywhere to be seen or felt on the inside of the tubes.

I picked this up on a whim since it was on sale in my size, so it will be a while before I have it built up, but needless to say I am extremely excited to get this out on the road.

This is my first VO frame, but I can already tell it won't be my last.

Still waiting to build it, needs a headset, and I'm waiting for your stock to replenish on the Silver VO threadless. I'm very excited to get it on the road.

Stunning, timeless design & well thought out

I've got my Polyvalent all built up except for brakes, so I've only ridden it around my yard, so far. I love the timeless and classic design with modern touches like disc brakes, thru-axles and a 1-1/8" threadless steer tube! The paint itself & the color are absolutely gorgeous! All of the welds are beautiful. Very well thought out design & geometry. I'm disabled from a work injury that destroyed my back, so I'm on disability & have very limited funds. I'd love to try some Growtac Equal brakes or some Paul Klampers, but I'll probably just end up settling for some Avid BB7's, TRP Spyke's or something I can afford. Can't wait to get it all finished up so I can go ride it more than just in my yard😉
