The VO Crazy Bars are intended for touring on paved and unpaved roads, single and double track, gravel and crushed limestone, and everything in between.

The main, swept back section provides excellent control and leverage on rough and tumble surfaces, while the the bullhorn section offers an aero position for smoother roads and headwinds. The junction of the horns and sweeps feels similar to being on the hoods of drop bars and makes for a nice, neutral position.

The main bar uses a 22.2mm grip area so MTB grips, levers, and shifters fit. The "horns" are 23.8mm, so road components like bar ends and inverse levers are compatible. The stem clamp area is 31.8mm.

Crazy Bars are made from 6061 aluminum and are heat treated. Weight is a reasonable 532g. They are MTB-rated and available in sand-blasted Silver and Noir.

Love them! The ideal combo of the drops on my Gorilla Monsoon and some aftermarket Doom bars on my cruiser. These are going on a touring build and I couldn’t have picked a better cockpit option.

Love My Crazy Bars

I tried a few different bars on my Karate Monkey ATB build, and I could finally stop experimenting once I got the Crazy Bars. I love the width, sweep, and rise, plus the built-in horns extend at the perfect angle. It’s lighter than most of my other choices (like the Moloko) as an added benefit. Feels a little compliant too. Highly recommended.

Hot Damn, These Bars Changed My Life

Before the arrival of Crazy Bars, I was a nervous, anxiety-ridden, depressed, lonely, odd smelling human being. After Crazy Bars I am good at public speaking, perform well in crowds, the life of the party, constantly surrounded by supportive friends, and am routinely told that my sweet smelling fragrance really pulls the room together.

I now have four crazy bars if that says anything. Best flat bars around. Although lacking my velo orange stickers in shipment sucks hahaha, the bars are excellent.
