Does the job!

It seems stems (non-quill) for 26.0 handlebars are becoming harder to find. This worked fine so I could try out a different stem angle for a bit. They got here quick, and seem much better quality than the plastic ones I have seen before. Velo Orange has never disappointed me!

Sizing is accurate. If you have a 26.0mm handlebar but your stem is designed for 31.8mm then this is what you need.
