The Granola Bar is our take on a traditional city and touring bar while retaining elegant lines and curves that is often lost in many of today's modern offerings. Width is a cool 650mm and rise is generous at 30mm. With 60 degrees worth of sweep, you'll have a fairly upright position with a ton of control. At 180mm in length, the grip area is more than enough for modern sized grips, brake levers, and shifters. The clamp diameter is 31.8mm and the grip diameter is 22.2mm.

New Life for an Old Friend

These VO Granola Bars made their way onto my 1991 Bridgestone RB-2, breathing new life into an old friend, now I have a "city bike" second to none. The sweep is as classy as they are comfortable. Thank you for all you do VO!

No taste

Had these for breakfast. Not good.

Really nice option for an upright riding position

I had an OTB episode on my Marin Larkspur that left the handlebars pretty dinged up, so I went with the noir granola bar as a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised by the really nice gloss black paint on the handlebars, its very good quality and adds a touch of class to the bike. There is slightly more of a backsweep than the original bars which IMO has improved comfort. I really like them and highly recommend for this style of handlebar.
