These pads fit our Road Shoes and Adjustable Cantilever Shoes that are included in our Zeste Brakes. Additionally, they work with the shoes included with Tektro 710, 720, and 559 brakes. They'll also work on any road-style pad shoe.

VO pads are made from a special compound that eliminates squealing on most bikes while providing superior braking performance.

Screw stripped

The screws stripped when I tried to remove the old pads. I had to but new shoes.

Not Squeal Free for Me

To be fair, these claim to be squeal-free in most scenarios. I think I am a possessor of one of the cases where that isn’t the case. I haven’t proven my theory yet, but I was able to get the bike’s other brake to stop squealing by replacing it with a Shimano BR-CX50, instead of a Tektro CR770.

Effectively stopped the squeaking

I have a cross bike with cantilever breaks and although angling the pads helped out a little, when I switched the these pads, the squeaking was no more. Wonderful pads.

Stop the Squeal !!

Bought the Velo Orange pads to stop the squealing brakes. The squeal has stopped!!
