Our Zero Setback Seatposts have garnered a lot of popularity with MTBs and bike packing riders for their strength and ease of adjustment.

The seatpost is internally ovalized to reduce weight (295g), and the head is integral with the post, not pressed on as on many modern posts. These factors combined makes for a super strong and light perch.

All forms of adjustment can be done with a single 5mm wrench to the side of the clamping mechanism. Installation instructions can be found here

27.2mm x 400mm. Maximum height (above the min. insert line) is about 300mm. Available in Polished Silver and Noir.

My Favorite Seatpost

I love the one bolt adjustment. Makes saddle setup super simple.I have this post in noir and silver. It definitely adds a bit of class to any bike.

Not carbon fiber saddle compatible

Should state this seat post does not accommodate carbon rails on brand name saddles. Otherwise, beautifully made.

Great seatpost tough to install

Sad to say it took me 45 minutes to install. My big paws had trouble aligning the parts. That said It looks great and I'm very happy.

Sleek, beefy, (slightly tricky?)

Solid, shiny, good looking. Elegant one bolt design for sure. No real complaints—does well exactly what it’s supposed to do. Maybe a little tricky for some to get set up once you pull out the little spacers and the parts fall out of their places. You might remember to make sure to not loosen the bolt too much if adjusting saddle position on a ride—on a trail especially, as it would suck to lose a piece in the dirt. I suppose that’s true of any seat post parts though. Reminds me a bit of onna those 3D puzzles where all the pieces need to be in just the right place and it all snugs up together, but getting it all in place before tightening can be tricky if there’s limited room above the saddle rails but not a whole lot more difficult than more traditional designs. Also now just thinking it might be easier altogether to install the saddle on the seatpost off the bike, then install the whole assembly at once?
