I run platform pedals and switched to these on my fair-weather commuter. The size difference is noticeable and they aren't as comfortable, especially if I switch from a platform pedal back back to these, but after a while I get used to them and don't really notice. They're inexpensive and pretty stylish. I'm happy overall.

Very comfortable pedals on a casual bike, very well made.

The pedals disappeared under my feet almost immediately . Highest compliment I can pay. Still use toe clips on my do everything bike and they work very well with the touring pedals.
