Who knew mechanical brakes could have this much stopping power? I would put them up against hydraulic brakes any day. The modulation is good (not as good as hydraulic) but still pretty damn good. My only issue is the port to adjust brake distance is really small and not all Allen keys will fit inside to access the bolt. Outside of that, easy setup and great performance so far.

I have these setup with TRP RRL levers, Jagwire KEB-SL Compressionless Bicycle Brake Housing, Jagwire EZ-Bend Brake Housing Segments, and Jagwire Sport Slick Stainless brake cables (because it was already on the bike). They're amazing. Truly better power and modulation than I was expecting. Great feel and power from the hoods. I did install them with SwissStop RS pads because I'm bougie like that.

Seriously, these are monumental. I've never tried Klampers, so can't compare these to those, but they are well worth the upgrade over TRPs. I can now brake when I want to and how I want to without straining my hands or worrying about being underpowered.

I'm running them with Jagwire Link housing. I emailed them about this, and while they can't officially endorse any housing except for the Yokozuna Reaction stuff that they supply, they say any brake housing should be okay. And Link is the stiffest stuff in the business.

The gold color also adds a nice pop to my blacked-out rig.

Forgot mine was post mount but got flat mounts but the folks at the taipei bike works were kind enough to get adaptors to make it work super nice
