The Klunker Bar will quickly become your favorite handlebar. These upright, chromoly handlebars are the perfect position for bombing dirt roads, a trek across town to visit the new coffee shop, and loaded touring. The Klunker is 680mm wide, has a comfortable 45° sweep, and 3" (7.6cm) of rise. The clamp diameter is 25.4mm and the grip area is 22.2mm - standard outer diameters for mountain and city brakes and shifters. Due to it's design, you'll need a removable faceplate stem (like ours) to work with this bar.

Put the Klunker bars and a Brooks Flyer on my 1999 Specialized Rock Hopper. It transformed an old mountain bike into a fantastic custom cruiser for single track and rough roads. Price is a little high but the results are worth it.
I immediately like the hight and sweep back of the bar. The color of the bar was a surprise with a yellow tint. I feel very confident this bar will last a good lifetime.
Threw these on an early 90s GT Timberline. Makes it such a fun feeling ride. Yes, I do have a handlebar problem
I had an unusual need-- to convert a mountain bike I received as a gift into something closer to the 'coastal cruiser' concept, requiring big changes in both lift and sweep. Actually, not as stupid as it sounds, as I have severe carpal tunnel syndrome and need to sit upright. After trying two other alternatives, the Klunker turned out to work perfectly for me. Can't beat perfect! Worth every penny to ME!
Put these on an old singlespeed bike for cruising around the neighborhood. Awesome bars, cool look, and fun riding position
