We wanted to stock these since we first saw them. The bodies are made from reinforced plastic, but they look like gum rubber. The levers are aluminum and the cables run under the bar, so there is no need to drill.

They fit bars with internal bar end diameters of 19.6 to 20.6mm. They do not fit aluminum bars meant for MTB levers.

Compatible with caliper or cantilever brakes, but not V-brakes.

Works as advertised

Easy to install and comfortable to use. Reduced one star because I worry that the plastic cover won’t be durable and it makes an otherwise impressive lever seem a bit chincy.

How am I liking my Dia Compe Inverse Brake Levers, 23.8mm?

Well now, they are cute, don't you know, but I'll be cabling them up some time in the next few days. Mought even have to send you along some photos that you can critique. Mought not, but that won't mean I don't appreciate having them; just not into taking photos anymore. Like photos. Don't like taking them, that's all. When I turned seventy-nine I made the decision to extend my gravely attitude for another several years. Humph...
