These Post Mount Equal Disc Brakes from Growtac provide excellent modulation and power with a compact and lightweight design - perfect for your gravel, touring, or all-road bike.

Note: please consult your frame and fork's manufacturer to determine if you need any adaptors, spacers, and the like.

For replacement pads, you can use Shimano K04, K03, and K05S-RX pads. You'll want to retain the Growtac pad assembly bolt, though, as that is unique to the Growtac calipers.

Great quality, cool design, easy install, and super light.

I bought these to replace a set of BB5s. I found them incredibly easy to set up thanks to the dual pad adjustment screws. I set mine up with the included compressionless housing, and they are plenty strong. It's great that the package comes with both standard and compressionless housing and both kinds of brake cables. I've got lots of bikes, so it's always nice to have spare bits around. I really like the cable routing and how it brings everything inboard a bit, as the BB5s interfered with the cargo cages I use on my fork.
I just bought another set to replace a set of hydro-mechanical brakes, because the Equals are just as strong, but are more serviceable.
One more thing. I have seen people concerned about losing the little rubber plug that covers the hole for the pad adjustment screw. I lost mine very quickly. Fortunately, the hole is threaded for an m4 bolt, so a cheap bolt from any hardware store is all you need to securely cover up that hole.

Only 2 rides in and yes they can and are quite impressive. Very easy to set up and adjust. Definitely worth the money and color choices are a bonus.

Deserves more than 5 stars: Easiest setup imaginable, great modulation and stopping power, and the esthetics are superb.
