These two-piece, alloy shims allow a 25.4mm handlebar to fit our Cigne, Removable Faceplate Quill, and many other 31.8mm clamp diameter stems.

Nice Shims

I installed these shims on the Velo Orange Randonneur Bars mounted on the Happy Stem. The fit was perfect on both diameters and fully engaged the width of the stem. These shims are smooth on the I.D. and O.D. and can easily slip out of place. I used a spot of grease to hold them as I tightened the clamp bolts. I have now ridden several times and the bars and stem are well clamped. These are very good shims!
